Fullstack Engineer (AI-Native)

Mid to Senior · Full-time. You'll start on a contract, with a path to permanent employment.

TemiDev is a software development agency under Temika Group, a cybersecurity-focused company. We build and maintain software for clients and for our own products.

You'll build features for products people already use and fix production issues. You'll work directly with the CTO and have a say in technical decisions.

We use AI coding tools every day. You should use them confidently, know where they fall short, and take responsibility for the code you ship.

What you'll work on

• Build and maintain backend and frontend features using Go, Node.js/TypeScript, and React/Next.js.
• Maintain APIs, PostgreSQL databases, and integrations.
• Investigate production issues and improve reliability, performance, and security.
• Take work from spec through implementation, code review, testing, and deployment. Use AI tools where they help and verify their output.
• Keep documentation and project context current. Discuss technical decisions, trade-offs, and estimates with the CTO.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of professional experience building and maintaining production web applications.
• Backend experience with Go or Node.js/TypeScript. Experience with both is a plus.
• Solid frontend experience with React and Next.js.
• Practical PostgreSQL experience, including schema design, queries, and migrations.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, deployment, REST APIs, and Git-based code review.
• Secure coding practices, including authentication, input validation, and secrets management.
• Ability to work independently from a spec, report progress, and flag blockers early.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and comfort reading and writing technical English.

Required experience with AI coding tools

• At least 6 months of active Claude Code use on real projects.
• A practical understanding of LLMs, including tokens, context windows, hallucinations, and model limitations.
• Ability to give AI tools clear instructions, relevant context, constraints, and expected results, and to maintain project context with CLAUDE.md or similar files, specs, and relevant code.
• A repeatable process for planning, generating, reviewing, testing, and refining code, with human review throughout.
• Judgment about when to use AI, when to change approach, and when to solve a problem yourself.
• Experience using or building at least one of these to automate recurring development tasks: agents, subagents, MCP integrations, hooks, or custom commands.

• Agency work or development across multiple client projects.
• Building reusable skills, plugins, or MCP servers for a team.
• AWS or GCP, logging, metrics, and monitoring.
